Real conservation work, not a desk.
Constance Conservation is a working contractor. The days are spent on site: controlling weeds, planting, building habitat, preparing for burns, surveying wildlife and restoring degraded land back to bushland.
What We Look For
- A genuine interest in Australian bushland and wildlife
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- A driver's licence, or a plan to get one
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, or working towards it
- White card, and any relevant chemical or arboriculture tickets
What You Get
- Field work across bush regeneration, revegetation and weed control
- Exposure to wildlife surveys, burn prep and environmental construction
- Training and supervision from experienced bush regenerators
- Support with study while you work, as several of the crew are doing right now
