The Constance Conservation crew on site
Careers

Boots on the ground. Room to learn.

Most of our crew joined early in their careers and learned the work on site. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Working Here

Real conservation work, not a desk.

Constance Conservation is a working contractor. The days are spent on site: controlling weeds, planting, building habitat, preparing for burns, surveying wildlife and restoring degraded land back to bushland.

What We Look For
  • A genuine interest in Australian bushland and wildlife
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
  • A driver's licence, or a plan to get one
  • Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management, or working towards it
  • White card, and any relevant chemical or arboriculture tickets
What You Get
  • Field work across bush regeneration, revegetation and weed control
  • Exposure to wildlife surveys, burn prep and environmental construction
  • Training and supervision from experienced bush regenerators
  • Support with study while you work, as several of the crew are doing right now
